our favorite suede fan fic author helen dansette ‘uncovers’ some of the boys’ old school reports. notice the telltale foreshadowing of interests.

brett anderson – st steven’s, haywards heath

art
brett’s still life was accomplished and displayed his flair for melodrama. his end of year project on david bowie was excellent.

pe
brett has excelled himself this term as the school football team’s star striker. he does however have a tendency to let the other boys down on occasion, as was evinced in the match against hayward high when a boo from the crowd at his missed penalty kick prompted him to leave the pitch early. he has great proficiency in trampolining.

english
brett’s grasp of ballard and camus is excellent, and he shows great understanding of t. s. eliot’s the wasteland. he has produced some very interesting creative writing this term. his poem about the london streets was very impressive and demonstrated his development of an intriguing urban lexicon. his project on david bowie was excellent.

music
this term brett has been working hard to develop his composition skills, and i feel that there is still room for improvement in this area of his studies. he has been enthusiastic about the school’s new casio keyboards. i’m pleased to see that his extracurricular activities include his beat combo ‘jeff’. his project on david bowie was excellent.

physics
brett has worked hard this term on the key stage topics of electricity and star mechanics. he has an enquiring mind.

chemistry
brett shows great interest in this subject and has carried out some interesting experiments.
